In this session we explore one of the essential principles for efficacy of a woman’s practice: deflating, lifting and elongating the abdomen.
Level: Experienced Beginner, Gentle
Duration: 60 min
Props needed: a sturdy chair, blocks, a yoga strap, bolster, access to a wall. In this session, we also use a few objects of different shapes and weights. These need not be specialised yoga props
