Your First Pranayama Course: How to Build Your Seat, Focus Your Energy, and Observe Your Breath

Recorded at The Practice Room over a 3-month period, with a group of experienced asana practitioners

This program is much more than a collection of breathing exercises – it is a gentle unfolding of a profound subject. Explore pranayama as a natural and intelligent extension of your asana practice. You will be guided to engage with the principles of pranayama as described in ancient yogic texts, through your own embodied experience. The program aims to nurture the essential qualities of deep observation and reverent sensitivity, allowing the breath to reveal its true potential—as a bridge between body, mind, and consciousness.

Program Content: 12 Extended Sessions (each 50 – 60 mins long) + 20 Short Tutorials

(each 15-45 mins long) + Multiple shorts Q & A/ Discussions (each 2-15 mins long) + Multiple practice session audio recordings (each 30-40 min long)

Program Duration: 3 months, or longer. You will have access to the content for 12 months

Suitable for: Those who have experience of asana practice, and want to lay a strong foundation of pranayama.
