Online Bridge Course to the Level Foundation
The Online Bridge Course is a condensed version of the ‘First 24 Classes.‘, which is a 3-month long online program. The Online Bridge Course consists of 16 classes and 8 revision sessions. It is designed for individuals who want to join physical classes at The Practice Room Yoga studio without waiting for the in-studio Introductory Program, which is typically scheduled once every 3-4 months. The course familiarises the participants with the movements and positions of basic asanas, as well as the instructional methodology of learning in the Iyengar Methodology. This prepares participants to join the ongoing classes at the studio.
