Description

In this session we spend sufficient time on the intricate arm and leg positions of Garudasana and Gomukhasana.

These two Asanas have some peculiar and unique positioning of the legs and arms that we seldom come across in our days to day activities.  The sqeezing and gripping actions of the arms and teh legs benefit these limbs immensely.  e.g. the squeezing action of the legs in both these Asanas is greatly beneficial in toning the legs, improving blood circulation, and preventing conditions like varicose veins and correcting flat feet.

They also give lightness to the limbs, as we experience in this sessions by combining these two Asanas with other standing Asanas.
