Description

While Groin injuries are common in sportspeople, runners and bicyclers, most of us live with chronically ‘tight’ groins.  This first session of this Short Course starts and ends with gentle actions.  In between, we look at bringing some movement into the Groin area (‘mobilising the Groins’) through adapted Asanas.  If you’ve never given a thought to your groins, and find the idea of moving the groins ridiculous, this session is for you.
