Knee Health Introduction (Warming Practice in first half)
The first half of this session is an active back arches practice with focus on arms, shoulders and wrists. the second half starts with visual diagnostics of the knee condition, and then arranges the knee in the simplest of standing asanas - tadasana.

Those with wrist injury/ weakness are advised caution in the first half of this session
Even though the practice with knee in shown in this session is recommended for everyone, it might not be the right time to do this if one has had recent knee injury/ acute knee pain. in such cases, we would start with simpler actions
