In this part of the Short Course is when we start exploring larger movements –  still being done with props/ supports.  We examine the role of the limbs – the arms and the legs in accessing the back, and look at variations in standing asanas that improve this connection of the arms/ legs with the back.   We use the Wall as a frame of reference, and the the belt to anchor the limbs in standing asanas.  This session is done more actively and independently than the previous sessions in this series, and we recommend the same order in the healing/ strengthening/ recovery process.

Note:
If you are a beginner practitioner with a back pain, please do this under supervision of a trained instructor. At other times, it can be attempted by everyone.
