Practice with Simple Props while Travelling
This short session uses only a yoga strap and a block, for an energising practice addressing shoulders, legs, hips and spine. It includes lateral, forward, backward extensions and twisting asanas in standing, seated and supine positions. This is also a suitable session to re-start practice after a break.

Props needed: a yoga block, a yoga strap, optional use of an elevated surface like any chair or table
