An active practice of standing asanas, with several leg variations, to connect to the abdominal area. An exhilarating session that demonstrates the nuanced way in which asanas may be used to tone and condition the abdomen.
This is an active session without the use of too many props/ supports. It might not be a suitable practice for anyone in a weaken-ed state/ recovering from illnesses etc. Women are advised to avoid inversions, strong abdominal contractions, and strenuous asana practices during the days of menstruation.
