A session to gently and progressively tone the abdominal area – for health of abdominal/ reproductive organs, as well as abdominal musculature - through standing, seated and supine asanas. This session gives a good understanding of how to use the abdominal area (the so called 'CORE' in popular exercise parlance) in asanas: not using it aggresively/ making it hard, at the same time, not keeping it slack or 'loose'.
