Training Legs for Standing

This is a beginner level session that details the foundational standing asanas using the wall for support. Maintaining a good standing posture is of practical concern to all of us. Often our legs and hips/ pelvis are not positioned properly when we stand. This effects not just the how we ‘look’, but also our physiological functioning. In this session, we look at some of the common standing postures that may lead to imbalances, and how to correct them.
