every once in a while, it is good to go through the entire range of standing asanas.  This can be done quickly, or it can be done with a more considered approach.  This session starts with standing balancing asanas, and then goes through most of the standing asanas for the beginner/ intermediate level, while also paying attention to some of the finer technical details

This is a relatively long, energetic session, Do not force yourself to keep to this pace if in a weakened state, recovering from an injury etc.
