Practice for the Days of Menstruation/ Menstrual Practice Pt III – Follow-along (Level: Intermediate; FREE Resource)
This is a follow-along version of the menstrual practice for practitioners with sufficient experience of asana practice to hold the positions a little longer, and to attempt some of the more challenging asanas without strain.
Follow-along versions have minimal instructions, and demonstrations.
We recommend that you work with the recordings of the detailed menstrual practice Menstrual Practice Pt I and Menstrual Practice Pt II (Intermediate level), before working with this session.
In addition, the Short Course Principles of Womens' Practice is also recommended for understanding the principles of asana practice that women are advised to follow throughout the month for optimum functioning of reproductive organs, and hormonal health.

Props needed: this is prop-intensive session. A couple bolsters (or an equivalent stack of firm blankets) two blocks, a belt, a sturdy chair, access to a wall, will be required.
