Often the action of moving the shoulders back causes discomfort in the upper back/ neck area to beginner level students. This session focusses on keeping the upper back broad while maintaining active shoulders and arms.

Using only a belt and a couple of blocks, this session is accessible even to beginners.  The actions demonstrated can be quite strong and if you already have a shoulder injury, please use your discretion in following along.
