Description

A long session guaranteed to remove dullness and leave you energised, and maybe pleasantly tired. This 2 hour session is in 3 parts:

The first part goes through almost ALL the the standing Asanas without any rest period in between.

the second part is an intermediate stage that brings the focus back on the breath

the third part works on creating movement in the different segments of the spine, trying to experience the ‘concave back’ position.  This position is an important intermediate step in forward extensions, as it teaches us to lengthen before going forward.  But it is also an important concept to understand for itself, as it teaches us to bring, and then to maintain movement in the various segments of the spine.  It is often the case that even those who have ‘flexible’ backs, do have zones of dullness.
