It is not unusual for people to feel ‘stuck’ and frustrated as they are not able to do some asana actions.  This can be due to many reasons.  Many people are either put-off and give up when this happens, or they try to ‘force;’ the body when this happens. Excess body weight, excess stiffness, hardness of muscles, due to long hours sitting, or repeatedly holding the muscles in one position for some sporting activities, are some the reasons.  In this session, we work on upper back/ shoulder mobility to see how to approach some actions that can feel difficult.

Those with shoulder injuries are advised caution in some of the positions
