Beyond Squatting to Arm Balances and Inversions
This session goes beyond malasana (the squatting position), to integrating the ‘softness’ of the groins into arm balances and basic inversions (including a deliciously quiet supported sarvangasana with chair)
Level: Intermediate
Duration: 90min
Props needed: 2 blocks, yoga strap, access to a wall, this session uses 3 chairs/ a combination of chairs and low tables
Can be done as a stand-alone session. We recommend the session Soft and Supported Preparation for Squatting as a preparation.
This recording is also part of the Short Course Releasing Tight Groins Due to Walking/ Running/ Bicycling (Short Course; Level – Intermediate)
