For forward extensions to be effective, the back of the body and the sides of the body must be well prepared.  At the same time, seated forward extensions have the potential to be deeply restful positions.  In this session, we make a quiet beginning, and try to carry that quietness through the session, even as we activate the back and the sides of the body, and and then move towards seated forward extensions
