Our library brings together over 400 recorded classes and more than 4000 hours of practice to support your journey at every stage. Whether you are building a new habit, deepening your in-studio practice, or staying connected when live classes aren't possible, the library offers guidance, structure, and inspiration.

Every class is individually tagged, making it easy to choose what you need for a particular day or situation. Classes vary in length, intensity, and focus — from restorative sessions, to strong asana work, to pranayama.
Each month, we put together a set of classes — curated to offer a balanced and progressive sequence across weeks. These can include different asana categories and pranayama, chosen to support steady growth and continuity.
Short courses are theme-based collections, designed to help you focus on a particular aspect of practice — such as backbends, forward extensions, inversions, hip openers, or restorative and pranayama work. Each course brings together a small set of classes with a clear thread running through them.
