In this session we explore one of the essential principles for efficacy of a woman’s practice: working with a soft abdominal area. This is the gentlest of the three sessions in the series.

Props needed: this is prop-intensive session. A couple sturdy chairs, blocks, a yoga strap, bolster, access to a wall, 4-5 firm blankets that can stacked neatly will be needed
