About Course

This session includes multiple exercises/ drills to understand and appreciate the movements at the shoulder as distinct from the shoulder blades, and also to train these joints separately.  This not just prepares us for the more complex asanas, it helps us to target the specific areas for the health of the upper back-shoulder complex.

Props needed: an sturdy chair, a couple of blocks, shoulder support for sarvangasana (stack of blankets). access to a wall
