We learn to engage the abdomen in order to understand and engage the front plane of the body (commonly referred to as the ‘CORE’) while also engaging the back plane of the body. This session provides useful inputs about safeguarding back health through abdominal action. Includes detailed exploration of chaturanga dandasana.
