In this part of the Short Course is when we start exploring larger movements – still being done with props/ supports. We examine the role of the limbs – the arms and the legs in accessing the back.

Props needed: a yoga strap, a sturdy chair, a few blankets, a hook/ door knob/ any stable piece of furniture that can be used to anchor the yoga strap
