About Course

A session to gently and progressively tone the abdominal area – for health of abdominal/ reproductive organs, as well as abdominal musculature – through standing, seated and supine asanas.  This session gives a good understanding of how to use the abdominal area (the so called ‘core’ in popular exercise parlance) in asanas – not using it aggresively/ making it hard, at the same time, not keeping it slack or ‘loose’.

Level: intermediate

Duration: 75 min

Props needed: 2 sturdy chairs/ low tables, 2 blocks, a yoga strap
