Our ‘BACK’ and our ‘FRONT’ should run parallel with each other, for back health, and for the health of the abdominal organs. We learn to engage the abdomen in order to understand this relationship.
Level: Experienced Beginner, Intermediate
Duration: 60 min.
Props needed: a yoga strap, couple of blocks, firm blankets folded up for sitting (optional), access to a wall
